Athos sits on-site with operators and ops leads, assembles tools on the customer stack, and ships one painful workflow that holds up mid-shift. Commercial path: short call → paid floor discovery → fixed on-site pilot → optional expand. No rip-and-replace by default. Agents propose; people approve.
